An hour Flower Essence Therapy Session invites you to share about the main themes that are surfacing for you on your journey in a sacred container. Depending on what you share, we may explore prompts, or simply turn to the plants for guidance. We’ll craft a custom take-home Flower Essence Blend for you to play with in between sessions, and end the session with some light meditation and intention setting.

Flower Essence Therapy Session with Energy Work
A 90-min Flower Essence Therapy Session with Energy Work begins with you sharing whatever arises for you on your path in this moment. Sometimes people come with particular physical symptoms, other times folks arrive with just a feeling of persistent anxiety or sleepless nights, and still other times folks arrive just curious about gaining more access to their whole self. Whatever you bring to session will inform the energy work, and lead us towards particular essences that we will explore in-session. You will be guided into a relaxed state, and will receive about 20 minutes of energy work, inviting the essences to interface with your energy system in supportive ways. Finally, we will craft a custom take-home Flower Essence Blend for you to play with in between sessions.

Free Clinic Fridays
An abridged version of a typical flower essence session, this space invites room for those who are curious or maybe seeking support with a specific issue and want a one-off session. This is a great space for folks who want to try this work but are unsure about commitment, and also ensures my practice remains accessible! We will spend about 20 minutes chatting about themes, then I’ll offer some essences for you to try with the option of purchasing a take-home blend at the end.
