What are Flower Essences?

Flower Essences are energetic tinctures made from the unique, vibrational quality of a particular plant. Essences effectively translate the multidimensional healing spirit of Nature into a three-dimensional form.

These tinctures can be powerful allies for shifting our consciousness, offering deep changes in internalized patterns, thoughts, and behaviors. The transformative support the flower essences offer can impact our physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual well-being.

I am a queerdo, multidimensional artist and portal doula with over a decade of experience in supporting others through life’s transitions, big and small. As a Flower Essence Therapist, I attune to the subtle and not so subtle shifts that are required in order for clients to come home to themselves, experiencing more harmony, true inner peace, and acceptance.

I offer a unique, one-on-one support space where we explore the main themes on your transformative journey and work with essences that can guide you with great care. I specialize in supporting “portal moments”, or times when we feel a deep, soul-level metamorphosis occurring that requires special attention and intention.

As a queer person myself, I am especially interested in serving other queer and trans folks along their gender journeys, and generally anyone interested in expanding their self-expression beyond the confines of the scripts we’ve inherited through systems of oppression.

At the end of each session, we will make a custom Flower Essence Blend that caters to your specific needs that will be mailed to you, so you may continue your deep, changemaking work at home.
